There are 4 REASONS CAN’T GO BACK WHERE OLD MEN LAY while I have often visited cemeteries in locations all across America and in other Countries.
I find them to be relaxing, peaceful a final resting place for the dearly departed so far just to visit I enter end and the spirits bid me riddance. But one day this body will to be laid to rest. Do you know you can die once but you can be twice born ?
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.(2 Cor 5:17)
I'll can't go back where the old men lay though deaths not so far behind me. I must press on, if I go back the devil will overcome me, he,s anxious to destroy.Even now, he lurks behind in the darkroom of my mind, no can’t go where the old man lays with thoughts long forgotten.
2. I will never leave you, or forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5)
But the Keeper of door, He keeps me everyday as I draw nearer to His final resting place. He reminds me of what waits beyond the glistening sea.
3. Born again, reconciled through Him and made new, I slowly forget the old man, and clinging to His hand, His grace will see me through.
4. Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwells in me. (Rom 7:17)
Though sin be sweet; I can’t go back were that old man lays, yet Old man still behind its only the cross I see with Christ strong arms around me that old man slowly fades away.
